Christmas/Holiday Card Exchange

RULES:

​1. Must be a member of our Miscarriage Matters Support Group.

​2. Must complete the mailing information form below.

3. Agree to send cards to at least 1-2 people (List of names/addresses will be emailed to you or sent via Facebook - CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER). 

4. Keep all information (NAMES, MAILING ADDRESS, EMAIL) confidential. 

5. DO NOT complete the form below if you are not 100% committed.

6. If you sign up to participate and you can no longer send to those on your list, please send an email to cardexchange@mymiscarriagematters.org ASAP!

7. YOU, the participant, will be responsible for ALL POSTAGE and mailing expenses.

**Please be aware that cards sent outside the USA will have a longer delivery time!!**

DEADLINE TO SUBMIT MAILING INFO IS: NOVEMBER 21, 2021 @ 8pm (Eastern Time).
